SalaryHal & Mal's is under new ownership, and we are searching for team members to provide professional service while helping to create a positive and energetic culture in a revitalized iconic Jackson restaurant and music venue. You'll be part of and contribute to our company's growth as we work to re-establish Hal & Mal's as a fun, go-to destination in the Jackson market. In 2023 we have seen an increase of an average of 22% sales volume each month. As a server you have the opportunity to work throughout the Dining Room, but also in private events, concerts, comedy nights, and much more.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:
- Great people skills with a positive demeanor and professional appearance
- Preferably 1-2 years previous restaurant experience in a full service restaurant
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits is required.
- The ability to be flexible and work with your teammates to create the best experience for the guest
- Great at multitasking and managing the dining floor at a fast pace
- The desire to be part of a positive team culture and environment

Pay: $15.56 - $30.00 per hour
