The Dining Aide will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and serving of meals to residents in a senior living community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:- Assist with meal preparation and serving
- Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals
- Assist residents with menu selection and dietary needs
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families
- Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
