Summary
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform work in compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality expectations while supporting a production schedule.
  • Execute daily priorities as defined by the supervisor or area lead.
  • Perform dimensional inspection of product using Romer or Faro arm portable CMM equipment.
  • Perform NDE inspection of product using company procedures.
  • Interpret and report results of inspections and maintain documentation in an organized fashion.
  • Identify and document product non-conformities.
  • Complete all required documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement and HSSE projects.
  • Lift a minimum of 30lbs.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance and performance to meet production and business needs.
  • Performs additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of dimensional inspection experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience using mechanical measurement tools or hand tools.
  • Certification in NDE Testing.

Desired Characteristics
  • Preferred to have experience using stationary CMM equipment and PC-DMIS software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to apply basic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic math and basic PC skills.
  • Ability to work, focus and thrive in a very fast paced and noisy work environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and adherence to processes and policies.
  • Experience working with offshore drilling equipment, specifically BOP and wellbore equipment.

Additional Information
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status.
No relocation assistance.
3:00PM - 11:30 PM Monday through Friday (with overtime as required, some holidays required)
