As a Digital Visualization Designer specializing in healthcare and information technology, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing digital strategy through visually compelling presentations, interactive content, and training materials. Leveraging your expertise in tools such as PowerPoint, Captivate, Canva, Voyce, and other relevant software, you will collaborate with healthcare and Emory Digital teams to craft engaging digital experiences that drive understanding, engagement, and alignment with strategic objectives in the Emory Healthcare organization.

Description: Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare and executive stakeholders to understand digital strategy objectives and training requirements.
- Design and develop visually engaging presentations, interactive content, and digital experiences using PowerPoint, Captivate, Canva, Voyce, and other relevant tools.
- Transform complex concepts and ideas into clear, concise, and impactful visual narratives for presentations and digital content.
- Develop training materials and resources, including e-learning modules, tutorials, and guides, to support learning and development initiatives.
- Utilize best practices in digital storytelling and visual communication to ensure clarity and effectiveness of presentations, content, and training materials.
- Incorporate multimedia elements, animations, and interactivity to enhance audience engagement, comprehension, and learning outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on effective presentation techniques, storytelling strategies, and training delivery methods tailored for healthcare settings.
- Partner with UX team to perform usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve digital presentations, content, and training materials in the healthcare domain.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital strategy and training development within the healthcare industry, incorporating innovative techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional healthcare and digital teams to integrate digital presentations, content, and training materials into broader digital strategies and learning programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital content creation, presentation design, training material development, and digital strategy within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, Canva, Voyce, and other relevant digital content creation and e-learning software, with a focus on healthcare applications.
- Strong understanding of healthcare-specific storytelling principles, visual communication techniques, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent design skills with an eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Ability to translate complex, technical, healthcare topics and ideas into clear and compelling visual narratives for presentations, content, and training materials.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with multimedia production, animation, interactive content creation, and instructional design methodologies tailored for healthcare settings is a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, terminology, and best practices in healthcare communications is desirable.
- Familiarity with web design principles, basic HTML/CSS, and learning management systems (LMS) is advantageous.
