Pay: $78 - $85/hourly DOE

Responsibilities include facilitating assessments, leading project execution, engaging stakeholders, managing third-party partnerships, and overseeing project status, budget, schedules, risks, and issues.
Job Responsibilities:
The selected individual will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop solutions, execute plans, and communicate progress effectively. This entails leading high-performing teams, steering project milestones, mitigating risks, managing budgets, and delivering stakeholder communications. Additionally, they may be involved in broader program responsibilities such as steering committee communications and issue tracking.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in leading programs and projects, fostering collaboration among business, IT, and third-party stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Proficiency in digital technologies and transformation projects, including site development, UI, workflows, etc.
Versatility across P&C business, IT, Marketing, and Finance domains.
Strong project and program management skills, including schedule creation, interdependency management, and cost oversight.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Apps, particularly MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Exceptional communication skills, particularly in PowerPoint presentations.
Strong stakeholder management across diverse teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset, actively seeking value-adding opportunities.
Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity.
Commitment to understanding key QBE business functions and systems.
