Job Summary: Digital Transformation Manager is a key functional expert in the organization and is responsible for

providing entire digital solutions. This includes managing organization’s IT infrastructure i.e. the hardware, software & networking components. This is an individual contributor role, will work as an interface between Impact Guard & corporate IT and will lead through influence and provide guidance, support, and assistance to the Leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

· Configure and customize MS Dynamics 365/Greycon MES, including from design, workflow automation, and data integration

· Systems Implementation and Upgrades: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements

· Data Management: Develop and implement data management strategies, including data validation, cleansing, and migration, to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems

· Translate business needs into technical solutions.

· Work with internal stakeholders to understand the technical requirements and scope out modifications and custom development

· Convert functional requirements to technical specifications and design documents

· Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with various business units and stakeholders to gather and analyze information.

· Ensure best practices are adhered by other team members

· User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on new or updated systems

· Security and Compliance: Work closely with the IT security team to ensure that all implemented solutions comply with industry standards and internal security protocols

· Assists personnel in all departments as a computer resource

· Interface between Impact Guard and Corporate IT

· Maintains the computing environment by troubleshooting hardware and software; installing upgrades; and monitoring network performance

· Troubleshoots hardware, software, and networking issues; performs installations and upgrades as needed and provides training as required

· Investigates, recommends, purchases and installs new software and hardware for Impact Guard Control Room Operation:

o Plant Floor Monitors

o Dashboards

o Work Order Boards

o Communication

· Plant Floor Database management

· Plant Floor Network Support

· AI and Industry 4.0, IT support

o Data Streaming

o Edge Computing

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar field

Work Experience:

• 5-10 years’ experience

Pay: $124,973.00 - $150,000.00 per year
