PURPOSE OF JOB:
Digital Training Specialist is responsible for training and ongoing education for our rapidly growing network of Data Collection Specialists and other Digital positions along with the quality of the work. Digital Training Specialists are responsible for maintaining a positive training experience and being helpful, educational, and transparent throughout the process, as well as a resource for the entire Digital Operations team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Tasks:
- Become intimately familiar with Class Valuation, appraisals and AMC language, Property Data Collections, BPOs, PCRs and other relevant technology and processes utilized in Digital Operations and Operations
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with Leadership and both Recruitment Operational teams regarding current and future panel needs
- Train new Contractors on Class’s technology – including modules, on the job work and review work; while being able to advise real time
- Work one on one with contractors and panel members to solve problems, troubleshooting common technology and hardware issues
- Use detailed floor plans and listings, along with checklists to build walkthroughs to create successful reports required
- Help probationary, new and failing contractors relearn and rehab opportunity areas and work at different speeds to address issues
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the technology from an end user perspective and a tech perspective
- Review submitted reports for errors and conduct post mortems with end users to provides tools for further educations
- Develops guides, modules and educational tools for further education
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree or minimum 4-5 years’ experience in training, specifically in a technology or product rich environment, or experience with like industry
- Functional and experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to use web-based platforms to organize and conduct training and technology efforts
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and work together towards solutions with teams
- Adaptability to change as needed
- Critical thinking skills as it relates to jobs and tasks at hand
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a highly functional team
- Positively passionate about technology, innovation and problem solving
- Regular attendance is a requirement
