Job Title: Digital Trainer /Digital Training Specialist

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Location: Remote in Hartford, Connecticut

Responsibilities:

· The Digital Training Specialist will play a pivotal role in empowering our teams to create and support websites and other digital assets, and efficiently leverage our content standards and Sitecore content management system.

· Responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs, ensuring adherence to content standards, and providing ongoing training support to internal stakeholders. Additionally, the Digital Training Specialist will be instrumental in developing an enterprise learning program focused on various strategies such as gamification, user retention, and continuous improvement and innovation, will serve as a liaison with both agency teams and external vendors, overseeing compliance with standards and providing necessary training.

· Understanding of our customers and our internal stakeholders, and be able to clearly communicate how your work will address and support their ongoing needs, should show a command of training best practices, as well as focusing on mobile-first experiences and working across teams.

Experience and Qualification required:

· Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in training and education.

· 3 years of experience working with Sitecore or similar content management systems.

· Seeking candidates with a proven track record in delivering effective training programs to diverse audiences

· Looking with demonstrated expertise in developing content strategies and creating high-quality training materials.

· Experience in liaising with vendors and managing projects effectively.

· Looking for proficiency in analyzing training effectiveness and making data-driven improvements.
