Description:
Build content for social platforms including Instagram (Posts, Stories, Reels), Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
Develop and manage editorial content and calendars for social activity
Manage internal approvals for social assets and toolkits. Includes collecting feedback, optimize assets and secure approval by launch dates
Utilize appropriate analytics and tracking services to monitor and optimize performance, including audience growth and engagement
Manages relationship with content partners and influencers, overseeing content briefs and on-time delivery of assets
Ideal Skillset:
Strong content creator with experiences in static and video
Preferrerd exeprience in healthcare
Understanding of the digital consumer environment inclusive of paid, owned and earned social strategies, and how they work together
Ensure that content and the social "voice" expressed are consistent with the brand
Experience driving earned conversation on social media with strong quantitative reasoning, creativity, and strategic skills
Utilize appropriate analytics and tracking services to monitor and optimize performance, including audience growth and engagement
Must Have:
Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in consumer facing social media marketing,
Nice to Have:
Experience with social media content publishing & reporting tools like Sprinklr, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube Studio, other native channel platform tools, etc.
Ability to anticipate and prepare reactive messaging on channels
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with multi-disciplinary teams across multiple level
Collaborative approach in working with cross-functional teams
Strong bias for action and attention to detail
