Position Overview

The Sr. Associate, RLE-NA Site Content will be responsible for identifying and integrating content strategies to drive engagement and meet financial goals. They will collaborate with all stake holders on identifying and briefing content requirements for RalphLauren.com. The Sr. Associate will play a role in elevating the brand and improving quality of sales by delivering enhanced storytelling, personalized journeys and removing friction from the shopping experiences in partnership with NA Marketing and Digital counterparts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

         Support the effort to achieve financial plans of DTC-NA by delivering innovative, personalized creative content, balancing broad brand messaging requirements with platform needs.

         Develop the Site Content strategy for all assigned agnostic Site Content and RLS digital needs: Store of the Future, Virtual Stores + store LPs.

         Responsible to review Site Content and strategies for RLE-Canada and for briefing any net new content needs.

         Support in developing and executing the strategy and content schedule for RL App, Flagship and new markets.

         Liase with storytelling or app manager for the implementation of any new digital enhancements.

         Create and manage project briefs (e.g. wireframes, content maps, etc.), working in conjunction with the project management team

         Collaborate with global and regional partners on the execution of content, including reviews and technical set up. Communicate the strategy and drive the change management of the project to all cross-functional team members 

         Manage alignment of creative assets and content refreshes with both internal and external partners, including approvals from relevant Brand and Creative teams.

 

         Analyze content data on core KPIs, including traffic patterns, engagement, conversion, pathing behavior, and develop key actions and communicate results to cross-functional teams

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

      Excellent written and verbal communication and follow through skills

      Brand marketing and e-commerce experience

      Strong sense of urgency and the ability to embrace and maximize a changing landscape

      Highly adept at multi-tasking and setting priorities

      Proactive and positive, with a "can-do" attitude; a collaborative team player and leader who takes a thoughtful, strategic approach

      Capability to consider multiple angles in creating content strategies, balancing brand engagement against immediate financial impact

      Strong web measurement, reporting and analysis skills identifying areas of opportunity via weekly, monthly reports

      Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders

      Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team including CIEM, business and marketing stakeholders

      Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

      Relevant work experience in e-commerce, with experience in content development and optimization
