Job Summary:

In this role, you will be the product expert for our Digital Signage solutions. You will provide technical, product and business knowledge to support our end-to-end sales process including field deployment and onsite support when required. You will work closely with our sales solutions team to formulate and present proposals to clients, assist in winning and closing opportunities and impact customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with the sales department to win new business and increase sales.
• Provide technical support for customers and sales team to support pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Define use of typography, photographs, illustrations, icons, or other graphics that may be best suited for specific projects.
• Communicate the optimal content to achieve clients’ desired results.
• Coordinate and deliver client design projects.
• Determine required resources; coordinate production arrangements.
• Build Digital Signage templates and applications to meet clients’ requests.
• Design intuitive interfaces, flow diagrams, UI sketches, & wireframes.
• Ensure process is tracking to timelines, scope and quality for all deliverables pertaining to the signage build and deployment.
• Review final product with users; ensure user satisfaction.
• Manage deployment and real-time operation of installations.
• Provide management with customers’ feedback to help identify potential sales growth and/or new features or products.
• Establish best practices, document processes.
• Perform other related duties as directed by the Manager of Digital Services.

Requirements:

• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
• A strong knowledge of all types of Digital Signage content.
• 2-3 years of experience coordinating Digital Signage Software projects and installations.
• Proficiency with graphic design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Video and multimedia skills a plus.
• Familiarity with UX and UI design a plus.
• Experience in HTML/CSS a plus.
• Experience creating statements of work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Limited travel required.

• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time; must be able to use a computer.
• Must be able to think analytically, concentrate on tasks and remember details.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull and move 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel and crawl.
