Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add a Digital Signage Producer to work onsite in Redmond, WA. Please see below for full details:

The Digital Signage Producer (DSP) is responsible for supporting production, implementation, and on-going management of digital media content packages. This role requires the use of industry creative tools for asset generation/UI design, as well as technical configuration and scripting that enables dynamic/interactive experiences. Creative deliverables range from video loops and animated segments to graphic manipulations and UI elements. Finalized assets are then used to produce layered templates and layouts, which are linked to interactions using technical script capabilities.
To be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable working both independently and within a larger team environment. Must be solution-oriented, highly organized, and sharply focused with a keen eye for detail. Requires an individual who is self-motivated, adaptable, has strong communication skills, and a tenacity to follow through. This role is responsible for driving projects in close collaboration with team leads, stakeholders, and other vendors.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a subset of Digital Signage content players, ensuring uptime and expected playback.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the content management system.
  • Participate in project kickoffs, brainstorming sessions, and content reviews.
  • Facilitate relationships between internal and external partners, by properly communicating up-to-date information.
  • Plan, manage and track asset development throughout the production process.
  • Scripting of the interactive linkage that allows for approachable user experiences.
  • Innovate through process improvement, task automation, or new technologies/features.
  • Support quality control of all assets coming from outside studio teams.
  • Organize and categorize information from multiple sources, with a high level of detail.
  • Utilize creative design tools with a strong understanding of process and best-practices.
  • Flexibility in accommodating rapid change and capacity to learn quickly.
  • Communicate effectively in varying environments, from one-on-one to large groups.
  • Appreciation for the creative process and skilled at working with creative teams.
  • Knowledge and experience of design and production methodologies.
  • Maintain strategic thinking, with a focus on details, problem identity, and multi-tasking.
  • Must possess exceptional organization, time management, excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Remain current on industry technologies and emerging trends in media production.
  • Work seamlessly alongside global teams and adapt to cultural differences.
Qualifications:
  • Understanding of format specifications; compression, color space and other requirements of assets needed for image manipulation, motion graphics and/or video production.
  • Experience using the latest Adobe toolset; particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and production workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and productivity software.
  • Basic knowledge of syntax structures and relational elements (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).
  • Previous agency experience, specifically working with global brands preferred.
  • Previous experience in web, print, or video production preferred.
  • Self-motivated, flexible individual with strong project execution and communication skills.
  • Proven effectiveness when working under pressure.
  • Passionate, with an eye for detail and someone who can contribute in a team environment.
  • Understanding of AV (audio Video) signal flow is a plus.
