Digital Project Manager - Transportation

Job Description

AECOM has a position available in Charlotte, NC for a Digital Project Manager within our Transportation Business line.

The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following:

• Plans and directs the practice for an operational unit, department, or specialty.
• Ensures, directly and through subordinates, that projects are completed on time and to company standards.
• Provides periodic progress reports to senior management.
• This is a higher-level manager. Position requires extensive progressive experience.
• Has financial and project management responsibilities for the project.
• Responsible for the creation of work plans and task definitions, oversees data collection and develops solutions to business/client problems with a focus on financial analysis and improvement.
• Provides solutions to business/client challenges developed from a foundation of understanding or analysis of business practices and goals.
• Leads/mentors team of consultants and/or other staff.

Qualifications

** Minimum Requirements**

• Bachelors Degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
• Relevant experience must include two or more of the following: survey/SUE, Scan to BIM, BIM Modeling and/or Asset Management projects
• Demonstrated experience with cost/schedule/deliverable quality assurance and resource management allocated to projects
• Previous relevant Project Management
• Valid State Identification to access Client Facilities
• Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required

• Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems or similar preferred
• Experience with Smartsheet for Project and Resource Management

Offered rate of compensation (in North Carolina only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $106,800 - $145,000.
