What you will own & improve: 

📝 Project Execution: Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe, and funds. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project. Create detailed plans for each project to outline execution strategy including objectives, schedule, and cost. Generate weekly reports for employees’ hourly logged time for internal review.

📧 Client Communication: Drive contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship. Measure performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership. Day-to-day email correspondence between Huemor and its clients.

⚙️ Support Management: Transition emails and Hubspot tickets to support tickets in ClickUp as needed, and delegate ClickUp support tickets to their appropriate team member. Manage the day-to-day flow of support tasks in Asana from initiation to completion.

What you already know: 

🗓️ How to appropriately manage timelines and schedule productive meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Keeping projects within scope, timelines, & budget & generating weekly reports on billable hours for review. 

👥 How to coordinate with internal teams on resource management to ensure project completion.

About the team 

This role reports to our Lead Project Manager & collaborates with a team of developers, designers, and specialists.

Remember, if we have to ask you to think of intuitive ways to keep projects on track, this is not the role for you. You need to be obsessed with Gantt charts, understanding what it takes to bring a project over the finish line, & knowing how to collaborate to create award winning websites.
