The Digital Product Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the efforts of the Digital Product team at the Las Vegas Raiders. This internship offers a unique opportunity to collaborate on a wide range of projects spanning website development, app development, and digital marketing. This part-time, seasonal internship is an onsite role in Las Vegas, Nevada from June 3rd, 2024, to August 9th, 2024; all candidates must be able to work the duration of this time frame. Selected interns are responsible for personal accommodations such as local housing and transportation for the duration of the internship.

Essential Job Functions
  • Conduct daily maintenance tasks for web and app properties across multiple departments.
  • Implement and maintain SEO best practices.
  • Support the trafficking of ROS advertising across the Raiders' digital platforms.
  • Assist in development of forms and providing spreadsheets.
  • Assist in the creation of personalized and dynamic push notification and in-app messaging.
  • Receive training on chatbot content development and help in maintaining chatbot interactions.
  • Participate in quality assurance testing to ensure smooth functionality and user experience.
  • Report and document issues under guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist in monitoring basic analytics data to gain insights into user behavior.
  • Provide feedback on digital properties from an end-user perspective.
  • Support the execution of vision and strategy for best-in-class NFL club properties.
  • Help with market research initiatives to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Stay informed about basic digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University, full-time.
  • Undergraduates in their junior or senior year or graduates students pursuing their Masters degree.
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Sports industry experience preferred.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of website, app, and SEO best practices.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of Google or Adobe Analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
  • Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
  • Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
