```Duties:```
- Operate and maintain printing equipment, including UV Digital Printer, 360 Printer, Laser Etching Machines and other machinery
- Prepare and set up printing jobs, ensuring proper color management and alignment
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure accurate and consistent results
- Collaborate with graphic designers and account managers to review artwork and ensure it is print-ready
- Perform prepress tasks such as image editing, color correction, and file preparation
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines for completing print jobs
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies and materials
- Keep machines in proper working order abiding to machine maintanence schedule
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience in printing or a related field
- Familiarity with various printing techniques, including print advertising and press operations
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of color management principles and the ability to achieve accurate color reproduction
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks on printed materials
- Ability to fabricate or machine printing components as needed
- Understanding of prepress processes, image editing, and file preparation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
