Seeking full-time Print Operator/production specialist that is IN OFFICE ONLY. REMOTE WORKERS NEED NOT APPLY. We have two locations and we are looking to hire for both locations. Tualatin and Wilsonville.

Preferred Skills, Experience and Traits: IS THIS YOU?

• Have an impeccable eye for detail – all of our work is in the details
• Good working knowledge/experience using Adobe Illustrator, preferred
• Knowledge of UV printing and technology - preferred
• Very proficient on PC and comfortable running multiple programs simultaneously
• Experience running printers, presses, lasers, or print equipment in a production environment
• Ability to follow processes & procedures for the purpose of ensuring the highest quality end product
• Ability to work efficiently and with precision
• Ability to help wherever needed and with a sense of urgency – be a team player with a CAN DO attitude
• Are DEPENDABLE and TRUSTWORTHY
• Works well without direction – is a self-starter
• Are mechanically inclined
• Enjoy working with your hands, can stand long periods if needed, and enjoy being in a warehouse environment.

The Job & Responsibilities:

• Pulling product for custom print jobs
• Prepping products for print
• Running print equipment which includes compiling print jobs from RIP software
• Ensure printing precision without error
• Cleaning equipment
• Cleaning & maintaining clean work areas
• Ability to meet print schedules and production timelines
