Digital Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled Digital Press Operator to join our team at our facility located in Lancaster, PA, 17603. As a Digital Press Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

• Operate digital printing presses to produce printed materials according to job specifications
• Monitor and adjust print settings to ensure accurate color reproduction and print quality
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
• Inspect printed materials for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Manage inventory of printing supplies and order replacements as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previous experience operating digital printing presses is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with printing software
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
