Digital Pre Press Artist

Creative Palette is looking for a full-time Digital Pre-Press Artist. Minimum of one year experience in the large format graphic printing or sign fabrication industry is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suites is a must.

`Responsibilities include:

· Review design specs and Work Order for accuracy and intent

· Communicate with Production Manager and or Project Management to ensure client satisfaction

· Color manipulation for proofing and job execution

· Create production files for jobs across various machines (Vutek, Roland and Canon printers, vinyl plotter, CNC routers, Laser cutters etc)

Requirements:

· Minimum of 1 year of previous related experience in digital design or prepress

· Ability to multitask from job to job efficiently and work well in a team environment

· Knowledge of prepress processes and workflow

· Thorough understanding of Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)

· Willingness to work in other areas of production as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
