Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by assisting them with their shopping needs
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend and demonstrate various items to customers
- Conduct product demos and explain features and benefits to customers
- Assist customers with making purchasing decisions and provide guidance on product selection
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment, including restocking shelves and displays
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for retail calculations and transactions
- Knowledge of technology products, including wireless devices, is a plus
