Personal Shopper
Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cash handling and operating cash registers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Ability to speak English fluently; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with product demonstrations and sales techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
