Responsibilities

• Conceive, lead, and execute projects to manage an exceptional data access solution supporting user requests from various stakeholder groups
• Coordinate multiple stakeholder requests and project activities at any one time to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient reporting and analysis deliverables
• Work with a wide range of business partners, particularly in Global Information Technology (GIT) and product management, to develop innovative analytics solutions that address top outcomes, including feature development/enhancement, system health monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and mentoring junior team members
• Telling stories with data to share insights and inspire action/prioritization

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking, investigation, and insight generation (More analytical less adobe. Understanding thinking analytical, answer the business question vs technical)
• Clear communication in English (listening, understanding, explaining, presentation)
• Independence thought, resourcefulness, and follow-through
• Four Years' experience in analytics
• 4-Year Degree or 4+ years of experience *Degree not required
• Intermediate MS Excel (pivot table, v look ups, complex formulas) or Google Sheets
• Preferred Skills :
   1.) Working with web traffic / click stream data
   2.) Adobe Analytics/ Google Analytics (More analytical less adobe. Understanding thinking analytical, answer the business question vs technical
   3.) Understanding of DTM (dynamical tagging management), Adobe Launch, GTM (google tag manager) all tagging.
   4.) Advanced data processing and analysis with Tableau, Python, etc.
