The company recently launched Stephens Solutions, a division dedicated to online visibility and reputation management for small to mid-sized businesses, including those with multiple locations or franchises.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Media Specialist to join the Stephens Solutions team. This role is critical for onboarding new clients and integrating their digital assets into our systems. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical skills and social capabilities to effectively communicate with clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This position requires patience, the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms, and a commitment to excellent client service. With our rapid growth, we are looking to bring on new talent immediately, with plans to expand our team monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Manage the integration of new clients' online digital assets, such as website, social media and Google Business Profile, into our platform.
- Product & Service Management: Oversee services like local SEO, Google Business Profile management, organic SEO, website development, review management, and social media strategy. This includes execution and strategic SEO research.
- Client Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the services provided.
- Reporting: Understand and communicate executive reports to clients, interpreting data and explaining the impact on their online presence.
- Training: Participate in extensive training to enhance your skills and knowledge in Digital Media and client management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Digital Media or related fields, or demonstrated competence in required skills for entry-level candidates.
- Familiarity with SEO, social media management, and other tactics to increase the online visibility and reputation management for our clients.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to make complex concepts accessible.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects with precision and care.
- Demonstrating a capacity to multi-task, work under pressure, and handle a high volume of accounts monthly is an absolute necessity.
- Sales experience is not required, but is consider a plus.
Location: The position is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the Cityplex Towers, 81st and Lewis.
Compensation: The starting hourly pay is $17.30 ($36,000 per year), with room for growth based on performance. We offer a benefits package, with some benefits fully covered by the company, and others shared.
