Digital Media Producer

Walter P Moore is looking for a savvy Digital Marketing Producer to create compelling content that generates awareness and builds on known expertise. This individual will be a superb writer and communicator, and a self-starter with great ideas and the drive to implement them. Strong project management skills will be required to collect and build content from multiple offices, with multiple service lines and multiple audience types. This candidate must be comfortable working in a team environment with an overall marketing plan and creating independent plans to develop content that supports the overall marketing direction.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Write, edit and proof compelling, strategic and persuasive content copy for website, blog posts, white papers, case studies, email and other digital marketing channels and campaigns
• Manage and optimize contributions from internal subject matter experts
• Coordinate the repurposing of developed content over multiple channels

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related major
• At least 7 years of experience managing digital content
• A self-starter who excels in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent writing, messaging, copywriting and storytelling skills in
  • long- and short-form content formats
  • ability to write in different styles and voices and for varied audiences a must
• Strong oral communications skills
• Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
• Deep experience in development of plans tied to goals, objectives, metrics and outcomes
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills, and an ability to manage many different projects at once while responding to unexpected deadlines and shifting priorities
• Experience working with multiple internal “customers” to deliver content that meets needs
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and consistency including adherence to brand standards
• Experience with content management systems, basic HTML, web analytics, social media management tools and SEO
• Ability to self-direct as well as work in a team-oriented environment that includes meetings, discussions and research
