Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with our creative team, strategy team, and clients to fully understand clients’ objectives
- Campaign setup, quality assurance, and pacing of campaigns across social, search, and programmatic channels
- Conducting research and analysis of market trends and performance metrics including producing reports that highlight campaign performance and provide meaningful insights
- Developing and optimizing effective paid media campaigns across various digital and social platforms
- Supporting the overall digital marketing strategy through strategic paid media initiatives
- Participating in end-to-end project management, from initial strategy development to post-campaign analysis
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience managing paid Digital Media advertising
- Ability to follow strategic direction outlined by senior team members
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Familiarity with social and search advertising platforms like Meta, Google, Microsoft, and YouTube including understanding the latest trends and best practices in digital and social media advertising
- Ability to align with client objectives and business goals including marketing, communications, and advocacy
- Ability to take initiative when presented with complex problems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or relevant field
