Position Overview:
A Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Digital Marketing strategy of a company. Their primary focus is on leveraging digital channels to reach and engage with the target audience, drive brand awareness, and ultimately achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, and social media advertising.
- Manage budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Oversee the company’s presence on social media platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve the company’s organic search visibility.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry best practices.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
- Segment and target email lists based on customer characteristics and behavior.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop and distribute compelling and relevant content across digital channels.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO and overall digital strategy.
- Oversee the company website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and conversion.
- Implement strategies to increase website traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Use analytics tools to monitor the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, adjusting strategies based on data.
- Stay informed about emerging Digital Marketing technologies and trends.
- Evaluate and integrate new tools or platforms that can enhance the Digital Marketing efforts.
- Work closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to align Digital Marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
*Requirements*
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of previous experience in Digital Marketing.
- Previous experience in eCommerce/FinTech preferred.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms like MailChimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing channels including social media, email, search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, etc.
- Ability to develop and execute Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Knowledge of digital advertising strategies and tactics.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
Analytical Skills:
- The ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and derive insights is crucial for optimizing marketing campaigns and measuring their effectiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
