We're currently seeking an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Contractor/Specialist to collaborate with us on a project basis. If you excel in website development, possess PPC and SEO mastery, have expertise in social media management and Google Ads, and understand unique Real Estate marketing trends and strategies, we'd love to explore how you can contribute to our initiatives.

Key Project Responsibilities:

1.) Website Development: Create and optimize visually appealing websites that effectively showcase our property listings and enhance the overall user experience.

2.) PPC Mastery: Develop and execute strategic Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to boost our online presence, drive traffic, and generate leads.

3.) SEO Mastery: Implement effective Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns to improve our website's visibility, organic search rankings, and overall online performance.

4.) Social Media & Google Ads: Manage and optimize social media channels, creating compelling Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility during specific projects.

5.) KPI Tracking: Utilize analytical tools to measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs), offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement on a project-by-project basis.

6.) Copywriting Excellence: Craft persuasive copy for various platforms, including websites, ads, and social media, maintaining a consistent and appealing brand voice throughout project engagements.

7.) Real Estate Marketing Trends and Strategies: Stay informed and implement the latest trends and strategies in Real Estate marketing to ensure our projects are aligned with industry best practices and ahead of the curve.

9.) Off-Market Strategies: Develop and implement a variety of off-market Real Estate marketing strategies to generate interest and leads, exploring creative and unconventional methods to reach potential clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, particularly within the Real Estate or related industries.
• Proficiency in website development, PPC, SEO, and social media management.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize analytics tools for KPI measurement and analysis.
• Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• In-depth understanding of off-market Real Estate marketing trends and strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a project basis.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
