Join The Coach Mark Carroll Team as a Digital Marketing Manager, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, executing marketing campaigns, optimizing lead generation and customer acquisition, and assisting with email marketing and social media initiatives.
Reporting directly to and supporting the COO, you will help to execute the vision of the CEO Mark Carroll, as we grow the brand.
THS IS A PART-TIME REMOTE CONTRACT POSITION
The ideal candidate will be available:
USA (EVENINGS) / AU (MORNINGS)
15-20 HOURS PER WEEK: 4-5 DAYS PER WEEK PREFERRED

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead brand strategy and ensure consistency across all marketing platforms, including graphics, messaging and copy
- Lead strategy and execution for improving lead generation (building email list) and improving customer acquisition
- Assist in planning & executing campaigns & writing creative briefs and keeping social media pages in sync with campaigns
- Assist with social media strategy and planning (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and increasing followers
- Report on key metrics, marketing financials, & perform market research, and oversee ad campaigns
- Stay up to date on industry trends & provide new ideas
- Brief designers, copywriters, and ad agencies and ensure quality & timeliness of all project deliverables
- Assist with email marketing strategy and execution to help increase new customers and conversions and improve workflows
- Assist in social media community building & overall customer experience and automated sales tactics
EXPERIENCE:
- 2-4+ years experience in a similar digital/social media marketing role
- Proven marketing experience in the fitness industry required
- An understanding of sales funnels, customer acquisition & lead generation methods
- Experience in writing creative briefs and executing digital marketing campaigns including overseeing social media ad campaigns
- Experience in branding, social media and community building
- Skilled in email marketing and tools (i.e. Klaviyo, Drip ideal)
- Proficient in e-commerce systems (Woocommerce and/or Shopify, ClickFunnels) ideal
- Creative mind and forward thinker with fresh ideas and an eye for detail
- Self motivated & able to handle multiple projects at a time with tight deadlines
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
