THE PURPOSE:
True Religion seeks a highly motivated Digital Graphics Designer to support our e-commerce and social channels. The Digital Graphic Designer will be involved in the research and design for emails, monthly site creatives, promotional assets, digital marketing campaigns, and UX-led projects. The Digital Graphic Designer will work closely with the Art Director and Graphics team to ensure the brand vision and aesthetic are consistent throughout all consumer touch points while maintaining and delivering business needs.
THE ROLE:
- identifies and creates innovative concepts and designs that align with brand campaigns, project goals and overall brand creative direction.
- Creates elevated and visual content of brand design and storytelling through conceptual approaches in the digital space and uncompromising attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Help develop and execute product and marketing-focused concepts in partnership with brand creative and e-commerce teams.
- Partner with copy to create product stories and mini sites and product shops.
- Explore and present new design ideas to the Art Director and brand creative team.
- ·Ensure consistent, clear communication of the brand in all digital touchpoints.
- Partners with other creative team members to ensure a cohesive look and feel in all digital consumer material across the enterprise.
- Anticipates and provides solutions for design improvements and opportunities across various digital platforms.
- Partner with the UX team to ensure projects come to life.
- Digital paid media creative executions for global campaigns.
- Partner with the Social team to create social-first content by channel.
- Versed in type-based and illustrated animated graphic campaign content from concept to implementation.
- Innovate product-focused content for digital channels.
- Design truereligion.com site assets for marketing campaigns and weekly updates.
- Provide high-level video formatting for multi-channel usage.
- Proficient with Adobe Premier After Effects and InDesign.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- Proficient in video formatting for multi-channel usage
- Experience working in the apparel-related industry and digital landscape
- Proficient with Adobe Premier After Effects and InDesign
- 3D digital creative content creation and In-app social video editing (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc), a plus
- Strong ability to deliver quality design at high volume in a tight timeframe
- Strong attention to detail
- Expert communication skills, both written and verbal, to all levels within the organization.
- Strong concept ability
- Requires 2-4 years of professional experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
