This position is remote nationwide and has a standard Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM schedule. In this role some of you responsibilities would be:

  • Managing local listings (locations and doctors) and the ability to contribute to strategy and optimization to maximize visibility and engagement.

  • Ensuring local listings are appealing, frequently optimized, and up-to-date and will utilize the Banner brand standards to communicate effectively with designated audiences.

  • Supporting the monitoring and reporting the performance of online properties through the effective utilization of digital experience analytics and benchmarking

  • Providing recommendations or areas of opportunity (as found in experience analytics) to assure Banner is maintaining a consistent and engaging digital experience for users.

  • Maintaining the framework for listing development, i.e. databases, tagging, content and organization.

  • Working with digital marketing leadership to understand long-term strategy, execution of large and complex projects and implementation of programs.

This is a fully remote position and available if you live in the following states only: AK, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WA, WI & WY.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position supports the planning and execution of the system level strategies across various digital products at Banner Health. The incumbent will provide project management, decision and process improvement support to leadership and team members of Banner Health’s digital experience. The incumbent must be detail-oriented and organized to execute an engaging user experience ensuring content/data is effective, appealing, optimized and up to date within our large health care system. This role will ensure seamless coordination, adherence to timelines, management of experts/stakeholders and efficient content/data distribution, contributing to the overall success of our digital strategies. This position must understand the key business needs to deliver a consumer obsessed experience to Banner Health’s patients and prospective patients.

This role will partner with stakeholders and leaders across multiple teams including customer engagement channels and brand, digital marketing, advertising, design, content, social, product/service line, website, listings, technology, data design, legal and compliance teams. The incumbent will utilize the Banner brand standards to communicate effectively with designated audiences. The incumbent will need to have strong cross-functional skills and will be expected to demonstrate the ability to lead without authority.

CORE FUNCTIONS

1. Manages digital products through collaboration with internal and external partners, utilization of project management best practices, optimization and experience data.

2. Supports the monitoring and reporting the performance of content and online properties through the effective utilization of digital experience analytics, web tracking metrics and benchmarking.

3. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure everyone is informed about schedules and priorities.

4. Works with digital marketing leadership to understand long-term strategy, execution of large and complex projects and implementation of programs aligned with Banner Health’s goals and values.

5. Responsible for providing recommendations or areas of opportunity (as found in experience analytics) to assure Banner is maintaining a consistent and engaging digital experience for users.

6. Able to foresee and resolve customer obstacles/issues and provide solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Proactively identifying potential delays and bottlenecks, implementing solutions to maintain efficiencies.

7. Manage resources to resolve conflicting objectives and priorities and to stay within established scope and budget guidelines.

8. Keeps abreast of new trends, developments and ideas in and out of industry.

9. This position is a contributor that will support business planning, tactical execution and business integration of digital initiatives; inclusive of, but not limited to, local directory listings, content management and ongoing maintenance of external digital channels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess strong knowledge of business, marketing, communications, information technology or related field as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree. Five or more years of previous experience.

Additional supplemental experience as a writer or editor. Dependent on assigned function, prior experience in content management, project coordination, managing local listings, digital experience analytics tools and the development of large complex directory properties required. Demonstration of successful understanding and deployment of search engine optimization practices essential. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must possess the ability to translate technical concepts into digestible terms for business and leader consumption. Must demonstrate the ability to deal effectively with conflict and manage relations that balance system needs and entity priorities. Must be detail-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines, maintaining accuracy, interpreting data and make informed decisions. Problem-solving skills to address challenges in workflow coordination and content/data distribution. Ability to work professionally and effectively in a diverse team environment. Initiative to take ownership of projects. Strong interest in health care and an enthusiasm for digital experiences.

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously to completion. Must demonstrate general knowledge of marketing, healthcare and overall consumer digital trends. Needs experience in medium scale project planning and reporting, either individual or team. Requires communication and presentation skills to engage non-technical and technical partners. Requires ability to communicate and interact across teams and facilities and at various levels.

Position requires proficiency in personal software applications, including word processing, generating spreadsheets, and creating graphics/presentations. Competent in project management systems, content management systems (CMS), website/digital environment measurement tools, tag managers, business profile managers, call tracking systems, experience measurement and listing management technologies are required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Preference to experience with content management, SEO fundamentals, listing management and monitoring that informs and motivates users to move through the digital marketing funnel. Ability to provide strategic insight and optimized resources for a highly matrixed organization. Competent in project management and change management preferred.

Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
