- Assist with the facilitation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination
- Assist with tasks that support the development of Digital Delivery standards, processes, and tools.
- Assist with supporting tasks specific to Integrated Project Delivery for design-build projects.
- Assist with Digital Delivery tasks using QA/QC standards to adhere to Digital Delivery scopes of work, schedules, and budgets.
- Assist with the review of clash detection and follows reporting and resolution process.
- Assist with the changes to digital model presentations for clients.
- Assist with the changes to virtual reality simulations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with researching and compiling required project-related data and performs metadata audits.
- Assist with creating Digital Delivery content for the proposal process.
- Assist with the implementation of Digital Delivery methods, procedures, and tools.
- Assist with developing and integrating the Digital Delivery schedule and project compliance.
- Assist with all aspects of project setup, such as model file setup, digital project setup; project access, cloud services; digital procurement; miscellaneous support tasks, etc.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Basic software and computer skills, including BIM (Revit), Adobe Suites and 3D Rendering Programs, are required.
- Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
