This is a full-time, exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM - In office.

Job Summary:
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete regular reporting and special projects as assigned
- Participate in team and firm projects upon request, which may include creating charts/graphs for client deliverables and data analysis
- Routinely perform a complete analysis of individual projects and serve as subject matter expert, sometimes at a very granular level
- Provide project support including facilitation, tracking and reporting on projects, and client deliverables
- Track and report on client portfolio performance, clearly communicating project metrics, expectations, trends, and expected outcomes
- Development of frameworks for determining effectiveness of products and processes
- Provide accurate and insightful interpretation of MLG data to support continuous improvement
Skills/Knowledge/Education:
- Attention to detail and highly organized, ability to work independently to meet deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new software applications - SQL a plus
- Critical thinking skills, self-starter with excellent follow-up abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively and persuasively present data
- Professional and positive approach with strong work ethic and sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills and ability to work directly with assigned clients, internal Client Relationship Managers and developers
