Job description

As the Digital & CRM Communication Strategy Manager, you will define and drive SF customer communications strategy, and all aspects of planning enhancements of brand web sites, mobile sites & apps, microsites, and social media to serve the needs of today's ever-changing consumer behaviors to provide on-demand, convenient, micro-moment marketing experiences. You will define and drive SF CRM strategy. You will collaborate frequently with Executive Committees, Project Steering Committees, in board visit updates and strategy workshop facilitations with the regions and dealers. In support of BMW Financial Services business objectives, this position requires regular attendance at a BMW office, with remote work capability (hybrid).

In the role, you will influence NSC Brand Product Marketing Managers, SF business line Department heads to drive complementary marketing approaches to deliver consistent, cohesive communications via all appropriate channels. You will lead the multi-year projects such as Fusion migration, Next Best Offer / Next Best Action Solution Platform (NSP) implementation to leverage platform capabilities to deliver relevant, customized, action-driving purchase experience to customers in an omni-channel seamless fashion. In addition, you will functionally manage the CRM Specialist to support the management of the CRM agencies and be an audience segmentation expert.

Additionally, you will steer implementation of all customer-facing website functionality for the SF Group Brand sales, including the account self-service portions of My BMW, My MINI, MINI OwnersLounge, FS Central, BMW and MINI mobile sites and apps, including applications such as the payment estimator, the online credit app and all SF USA pages / content within the NSC digital arenas for BMW, MINI, Motorrad and Rolls-Royce and propose enhancements where applicable. You will also lead data driven marketing initiatives to maximize sales of SF products & services, customer brand loyalty via smarter communications to generate the highest quality leads to dealer CRM systems. You will also direct the creative agencies, marketing database providers, and fulfillment providers in tandem with the NSCs while managing vendor relationships towards continuous evolution of digital Cx.

The pay range for this role is: $119,560 - $140,659.

The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business/Commerce, Communication studies or comparable fields.
  • 7-10 years automotive or finance industry experience
  • 7 years marketing, sales strategy, and or/retail marketing experience, specializing in CRM or Digital marketing
  • 7 years of project management experience
  • 5 years of agency/vendor management experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with marketing KPIs and campaign optimization

Preferences:

  • Additional qualifications or certifications in strategy, project management or digital design preferred.
  • Experience with the following: Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign Manager, Tableau, or equivalent technology
  • Data security, privacy, consumer data regulatory compliance, or opt-out management experience
  • Experience with a National Sales Company within the BMW Group
  • Prior work experience with similar responsibilities in digital and/or data driven marketing
