The Digital Product Creation (DPC) Apparel Production Studio community is the foundation and support of the Apparel product image creation process at Nike. As the Digital Creative II you will be the main connection point between what the categories and businesses need and what the DPC Apparel Production Studio creates!
In this role, you will continuously project coordinate and attend category meetings to proactively seek info needed to execute graphics and images required for product creation using a project management tool tracker (Wrike). Additionally, you will call and conduct meetings to ensure gates and dates are met, in accordance with the workflows and processes for the studio.
This position delivers tools for review (internal and external) to ensure category / business Apparel Product Creation Teams have what is needed to create, sell and manufacture their seasonal Apparel product. Our studio operates seasonally starting directly after Design Review continually maintaining imagery through Go-To-Market Readiness.
You will provide metrics on status and negotiate deadlines that are "off calendar" while managing up any "out of scope" requests. Digital Creation Asset Leads collaborate with their partners to ensure "one voice" of service to all categories / businesses into the DPC Apparel Production studio.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This person is an image process specialist, with demonstrated project management experience. The ideal candidate is service-minded and will drive seamless integration and collaboration between the Apparel Production Studio and Product Creation teams. High attention to detail as well as process driven with excellent communication skills is a must. Prior knowledge of end-to-end product creation and 3D tools are a nice to have!
This Digital Creative II role will focus on Creative Launches (biannual), Key Brand Moments, Immersive experiences & special projects.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
The Digital Creative II within DPC produces information to help manage & maintain the accuracy and availability of Apparel product images according to Nike image standards. You will attend, participate in, or conduct meetings between Category partners and the DPC AP Production Studio:
  • Define the digital apparel asset workflow. Includes visual process mapping and defining technical standards for downstream consumption (inputs / outputs).
  • Individual workload and calendar management - communicate key dates to partners, working across several seasons simultaneously.
  • Owning and maintaining apparel asset flow process, organization, and management from brief to hand-off.
  • Track and report on digital asset status to project team.
  • Coordinate location and access for digital files with internal and external partners (ie. 3rd party agencies).
  • Facilitate project team meetings and monitor communication channels (ie. Slack, Wrike, Airtable, SmartSheet) to track against deliverables and deadlines. Main operational support for asset execution.
  • Creative problem solving and collaboration between CODE Ops, Design, DPC, NXT, and category partners.
  • Advising all review and workshop processes
  • Documentation and Training
  • Licensing Approvals
  • Production graphic delivery to factories

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
This position is very cross-functional in nature - partnering directly with the DPC community, including the 3D deisgn team, to innovate and challenge traditional ways of working. This includes Image Artists, Senior Image Artists and the Licensing Approvals team in the DPC Apparel Production Studio. You'll also work with category partners including Product Management, Design, Tech Development, Product Information Analysts, and Operations.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two years' experience in a high-volume production studio environment
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite preferred, other 3D applications are nice to have
  • Proven Project Management experience
  • Experience with collaborative tools (Wrike, Smartsheet, Airtable) preferred
