Our goal is to attract top talent to our company with a strong focus on digital programs and key pillars such as Diversity & Inclusion

In this opportunity you will create content, provide communications and marketing insight, guidance, and support to support our events, and recruitment plans across the globe. Deliverables and Milestones Partnering: • Help develop and execute our Employer Branding, Candidate Experience and Diversity & Inclusion strategy, identifying and highlighting key differentiators that set the company, its culture, and practices apart from competitors. • Effectively understand and clearly relay the company’s values and mission both internally and externally to increase internal engagement and attract external talent • Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders (Talent Acquisition Members worldwide, Total Rewards, HR, Communications, etc.) to accomplish company and team priorities • Host weekly meetings with Global Communications to ensure channel alignment and to share content and ideas. • Host weekly meetings with AMS / Marketing Partners to ensure channel alignment and to share content and ideas. • Produce, coordinate, and manage creative assets for our career site(s), various social media channels and other platforms for GTA, EBRG’s and other shareholders. Research and Competitive Intelligence: • Identify new opportunities to elevate the brand globally through research studies within Talkwalker, collect and evaluate competitor reviews and understand industry best practices • Work with the SEM team to pull data and reporting for competitive intelligence and creative concept development • Support collection, aggregation, and analysis of digital marketing data to provide meaningful insights and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders. • Stay up to date and have an informed opinion on industry trends, technologies, and pertinent research as well as relevant platform updates. • Analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources, including native media platforms and third-party data sources • Inform campaign/activation goals and develop KPIs, benchmarks, and measurement frameworks as part of broader planning. • Effectively communicate and present technical concepts to nontechnical audiences. • Disseminate and present reporting deliverables as a storyteller, working to uncover and tie analytical insights to client strategy and planning initiatives. • Participate in developing content strategy/campaigns aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets.
