Position Title: Digital Content ProducerStatus: Part-time, non-exemptAbout us: NonStop Local is Montana's leader in local news, weather and sports coverage on television and digital platforms! Affiliated with the NBC, ABC, and FOX networks, our Montana operations are part of Cowles Montana Media.About this opportunity: NonStop Local Montana has an immediate opening for a person who loves social media, who loves to write, has a good grasp on grammar, isn't afraid to talk to people and is competitive. If this is you - we want you! We are looking for a Digital Content Producer to run our website and social media platforms. You don't have to have any journalism experience (but it's a plus); we can teach you how to be an awesome Journalist! You will be instructed on how to have good news judgement and create coverage on social media - to go along with our news content. You can work from either our Missoula or Billings newsroom, in one of the most beautiful regions of the U.S. - Big Sky Country! Required Qualifications & Skills: Knowledge of and desire to participate in social media; Previous experience with a professional broadcast, print, or online news organization, either as a staff member or intern is a plus; Willingness to work overtime when necessary; Ability to adapt in a changing media and technology landscape.
