SalaryPOSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Channels Products Analyst I & II & III is responsible for planning and executing projects in the Channels area for new product launch, implementation, enhancements, testing, and documentation. Additionally, assists with the daily operations of the Channels Department assuring excellent customer service, excellence in carrying out projects along with following all operational procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides excellent customer service when conducting bank transactions;
- Assists in the maintenance of e-channels platforms;
- Navigate internal systems, procedures, and other resources to provide accurate and timely resolution to department demands;
- Responsible in providing support to immediate manager and/or supervisor in administrative tasks of the department;
- Perform monthly and weekly reports related to department products;
- Plan and execute projects for launching new products, new vendor implementation, system or product enhancements, along with testing and documentation;
- Identify and execute tasks that need to be completed to ensure timely and effective execution of projects for new channels products and services; in life product enhancements; new third party service providers’ implementations and other major projects;
- Communicate and apply project standards; work with team(s) to identify and manage all dependencies between functional areas involved in the project;
- Implement key aspects of the project, including troubleshooting to ensure timely and effective execution
- Support and assist with testing efforts and user testing management for assigned projects; develop consolidated user test plans, executing those test plans and obtaining appropriate sign-off from user managers;
- Assess and authorize change requests to platforms as needed;
- Provide ad-hoc, performance, and status reporting;
- Ensure that the business resources are following established processes; lead and/or participate on the teams to improve process if necessary;
- Provide support to questions and documentation as required from the Retail Team and other Banco do Brasil affiliates such as BB New York, BBOSC, BB Securities, etc
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains full knowledge and understanding of bank policies, procedures, regulatory and compliance requirements, including but not limited to BSA/AML, CDD, EDD, and others as defined by the Compliance Division and Information Security Division
- Attends and/or complete all required training as assigned
- Assists with the training and mentoring of new associates
- Maintains full knowledge, and is skilled in, the products/features of all deposit and credit account
- Orders Supplies as needed (forms, brochures, etc.)
- Act as resource for all personnel. If unable to resolve issues immediately, assume responsibility for follow-up and callback within a reasonable period of time.
- Perform other related duties as required to accomplish the objectives of the position. Attends occasional meetings, events, and/or trainings on weekends or holidays as per business need.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A) from qualified college or university required; preferrable two years of recent Banking experience and/or two (2) years of experience in business analysis and project management
