Junior Level Digital Campaign Assistant - Part Time
Ideal For High School juniors or seniors or college freshman or sophomores who are looking for remote part-time work in between classes, who want to get their first entry-level experience building digital marketing campaigns. This position is permanently remote - you can do it from anywhere and won't be asked to relocate. This is a part time position that will be roughly 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Following a set of guidelines provided to you, design landing pages, digital forms, digital brochures, marketing automation workflows, and other digital assets on behalf of our clients.
• In this entry level position, you will be doing minimal creative work. You will simply be plugging images, videos, links, and pre-written pieces of text into pre-set templates. You will be doing your campaign design based around a set of instructions.
• If you are successful in the entry level role, there may be opportunities to pivot into more of a creative role.

Qualifications:

• Technical know-how. You DO NOT need to know anything about coding or developing applications. We are not looking for a computer scientist (far from it). You will, however, need to learn how to operate a robust online content management and marketing automation software. All of the training on our product will be provided and the training is fully paid.
• High-speed internet connection is a must.
• Abilities to follow instructions
• Ability to adhere to deadlines
• Attention to detail
• A little bit of background using CRM tools, email marketing software, or website builders (Weebly, Wix, Squarespace, etc.) is a plus. We will provide all the training you need to master our products.
• Intrinsic motivation and self-discipline – You will be working from home so you will not have a manager or supervisor watching over you every hour of the working day. That's a lot of freedom, but it also requires a lot of discipline.

To clarify, this is NOT a graphic design position. Having an eye for professional design does help however - being able to look at a digital brochure or landing page and pick out where the formatting, styling, and design can be improved to direct the viewers attention to the right places and keep the medium on-brand. In this role, you will NOT be designing images - rather taking existing images and videos and making intelligent decisions about where to insert this raw content into a digital campaign, while adhering to a set of requirements.

Additional Information

• Usually starts as a part-time position (roughly 15 hours per week). If you have a different arrangement in mind, let's talk.
• The exact working schedule is flexible so this can be done in between classes or during evenings or weekends.
• This job has the potential to become a full-time position if that is your ultimate desire.
• You will be paid a starting hourly rate of $11 per hour with opportunities for bonuses for stellar performance.
• This job is an independent contractor position. You will be a 1099 worker.
