Digital Advertising Specialist (Full Time) Windsor, WI

Work directly with the Marketing and Sales team to find opportunities to grow the Wis-Pak Brands through Digital Advertising.This will be accomplished through optimizing ads to improve KPIs, reporting data and identifying areas of underperformance, and developing strategies to improve.The Digital Advertising Specialist is also responsible for overseeing and upkeep of digital account specific ads and store lists for Digital Advertising.
Work as part of a cooperative team on building brand awareness and engagement for the Wis-Pak Brands through various social media platforms in creative ways. The Digital Advertising Specialist's primary job duty is to assist the Brand Development Manager with tactical execution of marketing programs and strategy through social media.This includes ad creation, creative copywriting, campaign reporting, monitoring, and maintenance. Must be able to analyze KPIs and find new, innovative opportunities to hit brand goals.The Digital Advertising Specialist must be able to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.The Digital Advertising Specialist must be proactive in looking for innovative ways to help the Wis-Pak Brands attain increased sales, brand awareness, and brand loyalty through social media.
REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field preferred.
2. A high level of personal computer knowledge is required for this position.A strong working knowledge of software such as the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
3. One-Two years of social media experience.
4. Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat.

5.Excellent attention to detail.
6.Solid time-management skills and the ability to change focus, meet tight turnarounds, and important deadlines.
7.Excellent written communication skills.
