Dietary Manager - Full-Time

We are currently seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead our Culinary Team as the Food Nutrition Services Manager. This position will be responsible for compliance with all governmental and company regulations concerning staffing, food storage, preparation, handling, along with all safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

• Food service experience: 2 years

• Restaurant management or similar experience: 2 years

• Must be able to cook for large groups

• Possess excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills

• State Food Sanitation Certification

• Certified Dietary Manager preferred
