Job Description:

As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the dietary department to ensure the delivery of high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and coordinating daily menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents.
• Supervising and leading kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs within budgetary constraints.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to accommodate special dietary requirements and restrictions.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Training and educating dietary staff on nutrition, safety, and culinary techniques.

Dietary Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Dietary Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and culinary techniques.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
