Dietary Heath Technician

Duties
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in a behavioral health facility.
- Follow dietary guidelines and restrictions for each resident
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure meals are prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area

Skills
- Strong time management skills to ensure meals are prepared and served on schedule
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with dietary department procedures and regulations
- Experience in food service, preferably in an assisted living setting
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with residents and staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
