Currently, weare hiring a Dietary Clerkin our Dietary department
TheDietary Clerkprepares dietary information for use by dietary personnel in preparation of foods for healthcare patients. The Dietary Clerk examines diet orders and menus received from Physician and tallies portions and foods of general and soft diets.
Marks tally on master menu to inform kitchen personnel of food requirements.
Processes new diets and changes as required.
Performs a variety of kitchen duties, includingtray line preparation, lunch and or dinner delivery, tray collection and otherduties as assigned.
Schedule: Full time, Sunday to Thursday, 10:30am to 7:00pm
Pay rate: $17 to $18.50 DOE
Two (2) plusyears food service experience in a restaurant, hospital or senior livingretirement community is a plus! On the job trainingwill be provided.
