-Duties and Responsibilities
Operate and maintain all equipment as needed
Plans work schedule to meet time lines of meal service
Keeps work area clean and orderly
Cleans ovens, fryer, grill, steam tables, slicer and can opener after each use.
Prepares any early or late meal trays requested for the residents
Reports all faulty equipment in need of repair
Attends in-service and educations
Making sure all food is served at proper temperatures and held at the HAACP required temperatures
Wash pots, pans and knives
May assist in setting up trays and washing dishes as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
