Dietary Aide

Position Responsibilities:

· Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to specified menus and dietary restrictions.

· Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely and hygienic manner.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.

· Engage with residents, providing exceptional customer service and attending to their dining needs.

· Adhere to dietary guidelines, portion control, and proper food handling procedures.

Qualifications:

· A passion for serving others and creating enjoyable dining experiences.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

· Knowledge of basic food preparation and sanitation practices (experience preferred but not required - we provide training!).

· Compassion, patience, and a friendly demeanor.
