```Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. As a Diesel or automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel and gasoline engines and vehicles. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge and a passion for working on diesel trucks.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations
- Diagnose and repair engines, including electrical and mechanical issues
- Conduct inspections and perform diagnostic tests to identify problems
- Use specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Keep accurate records of repairs and services performed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Diesel Technician or similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of diesel or gasoline engines
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Skills:
- Suspension repair experience
- Air brake system knowledge
- Experience with shocks and struts replacement
- Ability to handle heavy lifting
- Experience as a service technician for diesel or gasoline cars and trucks.
- Tire service experience
