Midwest Transit Equipment repairs school buses and commercial vehicles, making sure to fix it right the first time. We repair, diagnose, and inspect buses of all types to keep them operating and safe. We are internationally certified and repair IC, Cummins, PSI, Braun, and A/C vendors for warranty work. Requirements:
* Services and maintains gas and diesel powered buses, light duty truck and medium duty bus.
* This position requires technical knowledge of light duty truck and medium duty bus maintenance and repair procedures.
* Diagnoses mechanical defects and carries out a preventive maintenance program.
* Services and makes repairs on equipment such as major and minor overhaul of engines, transmissions, brakes, air compressors, fuel systems, ignitions, valves, HVAC and Wheel Chair Lifts.
* Applicants must have basic set of tools.
