Job Details

• Follow company safety guidelines and requirements and proactively addresses any unsafe conditions observed.
• Determine nature of needed repairs for company tractors and trailers through accurate troubleshooting.
• Work with the fleet supervisor to properly prioritize work and complete within appropriate timelines.
• Adjust valves according to specifications and charge system with proper type of refrigerant by pumping the specified gas or fluid into the system.
• Test lines, components, and connections for leaks.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed
• Repair and maintain Mechanical Equipment
• Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily based on mechanical principles.
• Make safety a top priority
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience on Diesel Truck and Tractor Repair
• ASE Certification T8
