Duties:
- Perform dialysis treatments on patients with kidney disease or kidney failure
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their overall condition during dialysis sessions
- Administer medications and intravenous fluids as prescribed by the physician
- Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, dietary restrictions, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in medical records
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout the dialysis process
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in dialysis or related field preferred
- Knowledge of dialysis procedures, equipment, and medications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
