Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Evolve Healthcare Inc. is now hiring for a Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate opening to start 4/15.
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. As a Registered Nurse - Dialysis, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and managing patients' dialysis treatments, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the process.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assess their overall condition
- Perform patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, self-care techniques, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique during procedures
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during the dialysis process

REQUIREMENTS

• Variable Days/Eves + Rotating Wknd - M/W/F 5a-5:30p, 9a-9:30p, Tu/Th/S 5a-5:30p, 5a-1:30p, 9a-5:30p.
• 1 year of Dialysis Experience - Required
• RN ND or Compact License - Required
• BLS (AHA) - Required, ACLS (AHA).
• Must live outside of a 50-mile radius.
• 7-chair outpatient facility.

Bi-Weekly Compensation:

• $4,680.00 total includes $1.440.00 taxable wages/$1,440.00 Housing/ $1.440.00 Meals / Mileage $360.00 paid bi-weekly.
